Senior Recruiter:

  • Recruits information technology professionals by developing relationships and network.
  • This position will be recruiting technical consultants to support the information technology staffing needs of our accounts and client base.
  • Utilize and expand resources to effectively seek and attract IT candidates, by developing the candidate base and support the ongoing needs of the consultant base and generate referrals and leads.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years recruiting experience in an Information Technology or related field, 3+ year of recruiting for consulting or staffing services.
  • Excellent customer and relationship building skills. 
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals.

Account Executive:

  • Identify, scope, and secure commitments on software development and IT infrastructure projects and staffing needs.
  • 5+ years of industry experience and documented success of serving Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Position will be on-site in downtown Atlanta, working closely with the client.
  • Account Manager will establish both high level and day to day working relationships with IT, HR and Procurement Managers.
  • Relationship building with Directors and Vice Presidents.

Associate Recruiter:

  • Must posses an open and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of professionals at various career levels.
  • Builds effective partnerships with employees.
  • Displays character, integrity and honesty with clients and employees.
  • Set and achieve goals (self motivated goals and company directives).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Posting and maintaining career postings to external job boards.
  • Source technical / IT candidates.
  • Entry level – 2+ years of experience.

Associate Account Executive:

  • Establish high level working relationships with client management.
  • Establish a day to day working relationship with client management.
  • Identify, scope, and secure commitments on software development and IT infrastructure projects and staffing needs.
  • Strong consultative approach to “selling” services.
  • Consultative sales approach to existing clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local travel required 50%+ of the Associate Account Executive’s time.
  • Entry level - 2+ years of industry experience.

Human Resource Manager:

  • Create, develop, initiate and manage key areas of a human resource function including; involving recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and other HR related tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Be a strategic partner to support various customer groups (internal team & external consultants).
  • Strong understanding of the immigration and visa process.
  • Create and implement succession planning methodology.
  • Design compensation strategy and provide current market data on compensation/benefits.
  • Create and launch an employee handbook.
  • Deliver new hire orientation.
  • Create, design, implement and manage best practice policy & procedure utilizing general knowledge of Human Resources disciplines.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws including; ADA, EEO, FMLA, FCRA and other.
  • Establish industry, vendor and candidate relationships to build pipeline of in-house talent.
  • Management of benefits and payroll functions.
  • Research & recommend employer of choice methodology.
  • Have 8-15 years experience.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree.
