Regional Director

Essential Functions

  • Manage talent within branch office by hiring, coaching and training employees; communicating expectations; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by personally servicing accounts as the primary management contact for all needs, communicating the client’s requirements and expectations internally, servicing client needs according to expectations and agreements, and resolving conflicts.
  • Maintain and increase market share within existing accounts by building long-term relationships with clients, identifying new contacts and opportunities within existing accounts, applying a consultative selling approach to determining client requirements and expectations, and servicing client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities by networking at events; researching business databases; managing branch lead generation; collaborating with sales team; and maintaining other business relationships to find sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with qualified prospects through frequent and consistent communication; and by creating, leveraging and maintaining prospect database(s).
  • Optimize branch productivity by analyzing potential and existing customers and job orders and setting priorities based on business needs, urgency, and revenue potential; monitor sales and recruiting activity and effectiveness in meeting objectives.
  • Develop new accounts and repeat business both independently and with the sales team by attending  in-person and phone sales meetings, visiting qualified prospects and current customers, communicating company services both verbally and in writing, delivering both formal and informal presentations, recognizing buying signals, tailoring message accordingly, and overcoming objections,
  • Ensure arrangements are satisfactory and profitable by negotiating, drafting and managing client contract agreements and terms and conditions of individual engagements.
  • Establish branch sales forecasts and expense budgets; manage monthly, quarterly and annual achievement of financial goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two years experience as a Recruiting, Sales, or Branch Manager in the staffing or IT services industry

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • Previous experience managing financials (e.g., P&L reports)
