We are currently seeking resumes for:

Technical Recruiter

  • Develop a pipeline of available talent for open and expected position requests by researching available candidate databases of IT professionals, soliciting referrals, networking at events, and developing as well as maintaining relationships with information technology professionals.

  • Select candidates to support the staffing needs of clients by researching and developing a detailed understanding of job requirements; advertising open position requests on online job boards, social networking sites, and other media; screening and submitting candidates based upon the requirements and behavioral fit for each position; and conducting reference checks on selected candidates.

  • Ensure successful placements by advising candidates on the keys to a successful interview, debriefing candidates and clients following client interviews to gather feedback; negotiating pay and position expectations with the candidate; and communicating regularly with hiring managers and account personnel to monitor and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong employee relationships through regular contact in order to solicit referrals, identify additional business opportunities, control turnover, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Support business development for Synergis by proactively marketing candidates and generating sales leads.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of recruiting, and account activities by regularly updating business systems and databases.

  • Facilitate workflow efficiency, strategy and company growth by actively participating in meetings, openly communicating ideas and observations, and working collaboratively with others.

Basic Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT staffing and the recruiting process.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Boolean search methodologies.
  • Avid user of networking tools and sourcing methods.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as an Technical Recruiter in the staffing industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
