We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our Customer Identity platform (backend of Customer Data Platform). This is a critical role that supports our large-scale customer identity infrastructure and data pipelines, ensuring seamless management of customer profiles and identity resolution.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for our Customer Identity backend platform.
- Partner closely with 5 engineers and an engineering manager to deliver features and improvements for a long-standing, high-impact product.
- Manage an existing backlog with rich history, ensuring high-quality story creation, prioritization, and delivery.
- Oversee the creation, monitoring, and quality of data flowing through the platform, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer identity resolution, customer profile management, and data consistency across systems.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align product priorities with business goals.
- Utilize tools such as GBQ and SQL to analyze data and understand query performance, enabling informed product decisions.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with backend platforms, data pipelines, or customer identity solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer profiles and identity resolution concepts.
- Experience with data analysis and monitoring (GBQ, SQL, or similar query tools preferred).
- Proven track record of backlog and story management for long-term products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value.
- Collaborative leader who thrives working closely with engineering teams and multiple stakeholders.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00/hr to $80.00/hr(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
