TITLE: Editorial Engagement Specialsit
LOCATION: Remote but needs to be local to New York, NY
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months

Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking an Editorial Engagement Program Manager for their Retail Engagement Marketing and Merchandising team. As the ideal candidate, you’re able to develop and sustain strategies that grow and engage a global retail audience.

In this role, you’ll build strategic frameworks and innovate on new engagement experiences for our internal teams around the world. Your focus will be on refining and optimizing our communication, training and content strategy across multiple tools and touchpoints.

In addition to performing data analysis to track engagement, you’ll cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, design strategic plans for future formats, and collaborate with cross functional partners.

Key skills for this role are strong organizational and communication abilities, a detail-oriented and flexible approach, and deep understanding of digital trends.


Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in marketing, communications, training, education, and/or internal engagement
  • Ability to use analytics tools to make real-time decisions for elevating our content and developing future content strategies.
  • Understanding of social media best practices, managing social media accounts, or working knowledge of SEO concepts to grow readership
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $48.00 to $57.03/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
