Supply Chain & Operations Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Program Manager to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management within supply chain and operations environments, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and manage multi-team programs, including scope, objectives, timelines, OKRs, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Translate high-level, ambiguous goals into measurable, actionable milestones and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including phasing, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead change management efforts, including impact analysis, rollout planning, and monitoring progress to ensure successful adoption.
- Facilitate clear communication with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
- Establish program governance frameworks, including escalation procedures, post-mortems, and reporting mechanisms.
- Proactively identify and resolve dependencies and issues to maintain program momentum and efficacy.
- Implement automated processes and dashboards to enhance monitoring and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain detailed project trackers and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support continuous improvement and organizational goals.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in portfolio, program, and project management within supply chain and operations sectors.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate large-scale initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in developing and executing change management strategies.
- Technical judgment aligned with understanding organizational impact and process optimization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process improvement.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with automation tools and advanced analytics.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgM, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of product excellence, inclusion principles, and organizational culture initiatives.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least five years of relevant program management experience in supply chain or operations, with a track record of leading complex projects.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment, with flexibility for occasional travel.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $130-140/hour (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
