TITLE: Creative Producer IV
LOCATION: Culver City, CA (hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 12/15/2025 to 06/15/2026
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end content creation and production processes across Media Products initiatives
- Handle communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables
- Manage campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs
- Prioritize multiple concurrent projects and address production challenges
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and promote innovation
- Develop and communicate internal and external workflows and improvements
- Lead clear briefs to align business partners
- Create and inform Statements of Work (SOWs) with accurate burn assessments
- Own budgets and manage agency relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure creative development meets channel needs
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience as a lead producer in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team
- Expertise in content creation and production processes, ideally within a subscription services business model
- Experience with broadcast graphics production, ideally in sports broadcasting
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a collaborative approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem (Mac OS X, iOS, Apple Music, iTunes, etc.)
- Extraordinary attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Ability to think holistically about efficiency and team structure
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a role involving content creation for digital platforms
- Proven ability to adapt seamlessly to change
- Experience managing budgets and agency relationships
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $82.00 to $90.24 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
