Our Traditions

Throughout our DEI journey at Synergis, we have implemented programs and events that have been so popular, we've designated some of them to be Synergis traditions! Our DEI Council monitors policies that support our diverse population and provide resources that help our team understand and access family-friendly programs that support working parents.  We strive to keep pace with societal shifts as the needs of our workforce change.

Women in Technology (WIT)

Through education, exposure, and experience, WIT empowers girls and women in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math (STEAM), helping them excel from the classroom to the boardroom. Together, we champion DEI in these fields.

Inspiredu

Inspiredu is on mission to bridge the digital divide in our local Georgia community by bringing access to technology to the underserved through technology drives, digital literacy coaching, and volunteer workshops. Together, we bring equity to a more diverse population in our area.
