Synergis Paid Sick Leave Policy For Arizona Employees
Synergis offers paid sick leave in compliance with a state and/or local law where you will be working. Instructions for submitting written sick leave requests are detailed below. For information regarding eligibility, accrual rate, acceptable use and other details, please review the Synergis Paid Sick Leave for Arizona Employees policy and the AZ Paid Sick Leave Poster 2017.
Written sick leave requests can be submitted through the employee portal by logging in to https://workforcenow.adp.com/public/index.htm. Only include hours worked on your time sheet, do not include sick leave hours.
To submit a written request for sick leave:
- Login to the employee portal
- Navigate to Myself -> Time Off -> Request Time Off
- Click on the blue “Request Time Off Button” on the left side of the screen.
- Use the calendar button within the date fields to select the start and end date for the request
- Enter correct number of hours for request
- Click submit
You can also view your sick leave balance and submit requests for sick leave through the ADP Mobile Solutions app.
