We are searching for a dynamic, creative, and innovative Communications Strategist to join our Digital Experience (DE) Horizontal and Program Management area. As an integral member of the Customer Experience Optimization / Strategy and Program Management teams, you will write for executives and other senior leaders, develop communications content and strategy for internal and external audiences, and be responsible for shaping and managing the department’s digital narrative. As our primary communications resource, you will perform research, collaborating across all areas in DE. You will have responsibility to create content that resonates with our target audiences and drives meaningful engagement across various platforms.


  • Responsibilities:Collaborate with area leadership to create strategic content pillars, value propositions, and communications goals for DE (and beyond).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, modern, strategic content program that aligns with our department’s vision and goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels using contemporary digital platforms, including dynamic websites, podcasts, and videos.
  • Strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, background information, and identify storytelling opportunities.
  • Create, plan, and manage the editorial calendar to ensure regular publication schedules.
  • Continuously review, analyze, and filter information from multiple sources to determine prioritization and immediacy.
  • Recognize and protect confidential information that may not be ready for sharing.
  • Identify and develop strong working relationships with Subject Matter Resources across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with and strengthen the communications skills and capacity of other team members.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to stay current with industry trends and competitors, utilizing this knowledge to create innovative and impactful content.
  • Use inherent detective skills to track and confirm information across multiple department content resources.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for internal search engines and increase organic reach.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness, readability score, and make data-driven metrics decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms, as well as implement new strategies to enhance content distribution and engagement.


  • Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to condense and adapt tone and style for multiple audiences and digital platforms.
  • Proven experience in a creative content role, with a robust portfolio of dynamic short- and long-form content.
  • Powerful communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the enterprise and with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable presenter and influencer with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and project management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines and communicate status progress to supervisors and team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent and empathetic self-starter with the confidence to take initiative and perform under deadline pressure.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating unique, motivating, and memorable content experiences.
  • Required proficiency with modern communications applications (for example: MS Office, SharePoint Online), content management systems, and SEO tools.
  • Working knowledge of information design applications (for example: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) strongly desired.
  • Agile and metrics methodologies and organizational change experience also desired.


“The hourly pay range for this position is $65-75/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
