Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in our team, overseeing tradeshow, conference, and event planning, as well as handling product marketing administrative tasks and content research and creation. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, thrives on deadlines, and pays meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who takes initiative and consistently seeks opportunities for improvement.

  • Tradeshow and event planning and coordination including on-site setup and tear down
  • Provide event ROI reporting and data analysis
  • Monitor and participate in lead-tracking and pre-marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers for event graphics and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Assist in the production of team members’ projects when necessary.
  • Understand and aid with coordination of projects with external vendors like printers, POD, and promotional items.
  • Assist in overseeing the marketing reserve fund program and working directly with distributors and sales team

BA/BS or equivalent working experience. Required relevant, professional experience in sales, event planning, and/or marketing.

  • Tech savvy, dynamic, and creative individual 
  • Event/Tradeshow planning experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to take direction and work in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to be creative and think outside the box
  • Experience with pre-event marketing activities to increase traffic/participation
  • Comfortable with identifying and solving problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Copywriting experience preferred for messaging and content creation
