QA Tester
W2 contract through end of year- could convert!
Hybrid: 3 days a week starting in July. No set days at this time

Tester: Creates test plan scenarios for process, function, integration, and acceptance testing on highly complex Enterprise and integrated projects. Leads and ensures requirements traceability on highly complex Projects. Creates and Distributes Quality Assurance practices and standards.
Basic Qualifications – Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience – Seven or more years of experience in IT systems testing Preferred Skills/Experience – Extensive knowledge of application delivery process and business assessment – Expert knowledge of requirements analysis, application and system testing, and system development life cycle – Expert knowledge of system testing tools – Expert knowledge of IT environment, standards, procedures, and policies – Expert knowledge of IT and software quality assurance – Strong problem-solving and time management skills – Strong written communication skills

QA Tester Responsibilities:

  • BA/Tester
  • Participate in a dedicated team to support Business Line application for Mortgage teams supporting Centralized Imaging and/or Quality Management.
  • Provide BA/Testing support for monthly sprint planning. Define user stories, acceptance criteria and execute as appropriate.
  • Assist to recreate and validate production support issues reported by the business line users.
  • Work to define and document regression test suite to support ongoing test management of applications. (Mabl Test Solutions is the application we use)

 
QA Tester Requirements:

  • Use of Automated Testing Tools, understanding of software delivery tools (JIRA, ADO).

QA Tester Preferred Experience:

  • Mortgage Experience

The hourly pay rate for this position is $40- $48/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (CO), NYC Pay Transparency Law, and sb5761 (WA)
