TITLE: Creative Project Manager
LOCATION: Austin, TX
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 3-month Contract

Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain oversight of project status and feed into a weekly leadership status report.
  • Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple small to mid-scale projects, serving as a daily point of contact with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage leadership review meeting agendas, ensuring the right attendees are present, meetings start and finish on time and recapping and distributing detailed notes.
  • Drive project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team and any agency partners.
  • Anticipate and mange potential blockers across concept development, production, and delivery phases; flag to appropriate partners and proactively find solutions.
  • Partner with brand management and production to drive creative approvals across legal, geos, clearance bodies and internal leadership teams.
  • Partner with production and agency teams to manage the delivery process for creative across all channels and archive final assets upon completion of project.
  • Work across UK and US timezones. The hours are skewed to early US mornings/later UK evenings to allow for maximum hours spent with the UK and US offices

Creative Project Manager Requirements:

  • A project management professional with 3-5 years experience in creative project management within an advertising agency or brand side creative organization
  • The candidate will be able to help forecast, plan, prioritize work alongside the BI teams.
  • Well versed creative projects across from planning stages through final delivery of assets.
  • Familiar in working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders.
  • An effective and concise communicator.
  • Someone who thrives in maintaining organization, finding efficiencies and building, improving and simplifying processes.
  • Experienced in working with project management software/tools.

Creative Project Manager Preferred Experience:

  • Good understanding of programmatic and demand capture workstreams
  • Comfortable handling a large volume of simultaneous projects

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $51 to $67.16 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
