TITLE: Scrum Master / Project Manager
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months, with the potential to hire

We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master to lead two teams in a greenfield project. The ideal candidate will have a generalist background, and be adept at guiding teams through Agile methodologies while leveraging Jira and Confluence for project management.

Scrum Master / Project Manager Responsibilities:

– Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders to gather and document sales process requirements.

– Guide teams in setting up and using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

– Drive project progress by ensuring Agile practices are followed and teams are meeting their goals.

– Leverage Jira’s reporting functions to track and provide visibility into project status, including epics, stories, capacity, and velocity.

– Provide leadership with regular updates on project progress, tracking multiple projects within Jira, and ensuring transparency.

– Support onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.

 
Scrum Master / Project Manager Requirements:

– Hands-on experience setting up and using Jira and Confluence for project management.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing stakeholders and guiding teams.

– Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience driving projects to successful completion.

– Ability to manage multiple projects and provide clear, actionable reporting to leadership.

– Experience working in a hybrid work environment, with some days in-office.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 to $70/hr dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
