The Build & Solutions Analyst will customize campaign solutions. This is a techno-functional position. The individual needs to be well experienced in the technical aspects of coding and developing campaigns in a CRM in addition to customizing a solution based on marketing goals.
 
 
 
CRM Journey Builder Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building solutions using a Workflow design CRM tool.
• Build marketing campaigns integrated with multiple data streams to enable on device

communications to our customers.

• Work with Product teams to get new features implemented.
• Communicate effectively. Convey ideas and potential solutions clearly to others.
• Approach problems with creativity, thinking outside the box to find innovative

solutions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with UAT teams, to deliver a high quality
• product to the customer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product, Analytics, and

Engineering.

• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements.

 
 
 
 
CRM Journey Builder Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering and 5+ years experience working in the IT industry.
• 3+ years of experience with crafting solutions based on business requirements.
• Experience with Workflow development or design tools to create functional designs.
• Experience creating marketing campaigns using CRM tool like Salesforce highly

preferred.

• Ability to understand the business and strategy requirements and tailor solutions for

the same.

• Experience and good understanding of JavaScript and ability do minor updates when

needed.

• Good problem solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical problems and

provide solutions.

• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively provide status update to the stake holders.
• Self learner with a willingness to learn and adapt.

 
The hourly pay rate for this position is $60-80.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
