TITLE: Business Operations Lead
LOCATION: Austin, TX (on-site Tuesday and Wednesday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 11 months

Manage and track the team OKRs, help with setting up the quarterly business reviews and All teams calls, manage the budget process and help manage and track all projects.

Business Operations Lead Responsibilities:

• Follow through on all business operations requests from the business office.
• Track all deliverables for the team
• Help the team with budget forecast and OKR tracking
• Set up the quarterly business reviews

Business Operations Lead Requirements:

• Powerpoint or similar
• Excel and Word or similar
• Creating executive presentations
• Program management skills
• Tracking OKR
• Resource Management
• QBR Prep
• Coordinating All Teams call with agenda

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.70 to $71.90 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
