TITLE: Senior Sales Operations Associate
LOCATION: Remote OR Hybrid (Preference to Chicago) – 2 days in office
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 8 months

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Associate to join our client’s team. As a Sr. Sales Operations Associate, you will assist with various new and existing programs managed by the GTM Operations team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical abilities, superior communication, and relationship-building skills to provide timely support and solutions to partners and successful program execution.
Senior Sales Operations Associate Responsibilities:
- Support strategic planning projects for our leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives
- Support systems and tools transformation initiatives to help sales teams and partners effectively scale and grow
- Identify and appropriately escalate risks which could jeopardize the successful rollout and recommend options for resolution
- Think like an owner and have an impact outside of your core functions by demonstrating leadership, providing leverage and producing results that will help effectively scale
Senior Sales Operations Associate Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in business, engineering, information systems or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or operations role
Senior Sales Operations Associate Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with SQL, MS Excel, MS Power Point, O365
- Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with large datasets
- Practical understanding of business, technology, big data and/or entrepreneurship
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
Senior Sales Operations Associate Preferred Skills:
- Create reports and business powerpoint presentations
- Experience building business cases and building business reports (MSFT & Google Dox)
- Manage key project workflow, ensure action items are moving accordingly, and communicating with key stakeholders, provide timely updates.
- Ability to analyze data to uncover areas of opportunity and build plans to improve outcomes. Particularly in sales driven motions.
- Ability to work in Salesforce effectively, proficiency with excel in building reports and analyzing data
- Experience working with SQL, MS Excel, MS Power Point, O365
- Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with large datasets

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $80 to $86.25/hr [Zone One] in the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York Metro, $75 to $81.08/hr in the state of Washington and the rest of California and New York [Zone Two], and $70 to $75.90/hr in Colorado [Zone Four] and in any state not already listed, the hourly pay range is $65 to $70.73/hr [Zone Four Minimum – Zone Two Max]. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
