Our client focuses on making their video streaming platform the best place for by celebrating, supporting and inspiring the world’s most eclectic creative partner ecosystem. A core part of our job is to communicate with creators at scale, sending them the most relevant messages in a timely, personalized way. 

As a Communications Campaign Manager, you’ll be tasked with shaping the strategy for inbound communications to creators around the world. We’re looking for someone with strong project management, analytics and communications experience who can work seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team and key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Growth Platforms, Product, Marketing, etc) across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will feel equally comfortable working on a high volume of campaigns, analyzing performance/process to propose improvements, and partnering closely with XFN teams to shape communications via inbound marketing channels, one of our most critical communications levers for Creators, which reaches tens of millions of Creators across all corners of the globe.


  • Lead campaign execution for inbound marketing channels including oversight on content and creative development, tracking production timelines and ensuring campaign deliveries are prioritized according to approved communications strategies
  • Manage the workflow from cross functional stakeholders to internal team work streams, proactively communicate production schedule updates, and collect necessary approvals
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across different time zones, external vendors, and capture feedback from multiple stakeholders while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Execute and analyze results from A/B tests across campaigns/channels to identify key levers of growth and scale
  • Support communications calendar management and identify opportunities to improve processes for increased efficiency

5+ years of experience in marketing and / or content communications
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Statistics or similar.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Project management skills, including ability to synthesize information to see the big picture while effectively managing details
Strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally, especially when directly supporting teammates towards shared project goals and timeline
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Growth marketing and analyzing campaign performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
International/multicultural experience is a strong plus
Experience working directly with marketing platforms (recommendation engines, paid media, email, notifications)
Great organization skills and comfortable working on large volume of comms that have wide reach
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability and willingness to flex between strategy and execution.
Willing to move mountains to get things done

The hourly pay range for this position is $76.40 – $85.98/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
