Title: Operations Analyst

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Location: Remote (CST or EST)


As an Operations Analyst, you will support deal management operations within the Customer Success Global Services Team. As programs in this business continue to grow, you will partner closely with leaders to coordinate the management process for pre-sales and closed-won deals, team capacity planning, team communications, and the preparation of internal quarterly business reviews and other strategic reporting needs. 


This is a data-driven role, which requires excellent organization and attention to detail. Clear communication and comfort working with large sets of data are requirements. You serve as a project manager for key operational activities in addition to building cross functional relationships. This role will enable our business to support two of Talent Solution’s most successful offerings, helping to ensure both programs maximize the benefit following the customer’s decision to implement products. 

Operations Analyst Responsibilities:  

  • Manages daily assignment, communications, and record keeping for pre-sales and closed-won enterprise program opportunities.
  • Conducts weekly audits for individual Implementation Consultants (IC) to hold team accountable to key performance indicators and mitigate implementation risk 
  • Completes regular reporting and data requests, showcasing impact of strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders  
  • Conducts monthly audits of pre-sales deals to ensure our deal management process is accurate 
  • Leverages Smartsheet’s, Salesforce and Dynamics to manage program pipeline, update customer data, maintain input completion metrics, and pull reporting  
  • Manages our internal survey process to collect valuable feedback from internal partners 
  • Interfaces with Global Services leadership teams on program logistics and operational needs  
  • Assists in creating and updating program management assets, including internal facing resources, program calendars, and communications  
  • Partners with Customer Success Sales Operations Team to evolve program materials, enhancements and requirements  


Operations Analyst Required Education, Experience and Skills: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years’ experience working in an operations, analytics or program/project management role 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internal stakeholders  
  • Highly detail oriented and organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task 


Operations Analyst Preferred Experience and Skills:  

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Dynamics and/or Smartsheets 
  • Past work experience within a SaaS environment 
  • Proficiency with MS Office 
  • Ability to learn quickly  
  • High energy and positive ‘can do’ attitude
