Title: Program Manager II

Position Description

Play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of programs, which will include identifying issues, collecting data, forming hypotheses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to think strategically and develop wide ranging key processes, procedures and communications that facilitate planning and execution. Requirements: Excellent problem-solving capabilities and organizational skills. Deep interest in process improvement and execution. Excellent communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred (familiarity with SQL a plus)


Program Manager Overall Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement for a large agency business by re-imagining every aspect of assignments strategy, operations, and processes. You will combine analytical rigor and thought leadership to drive improvements in customer book-building, process improvements, and sales capacity planning.


Program Manager Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and identify policies, processes, and automation roadmap to improve sales efficiency and operational processes, and subsequently test and implement initiatives in partnership with Sales, Global Product Leads and other stakeholders
  • Develop process checklists, launch readiness assessment and success metrics for quarterly sales book building
  • Serve as frontline support; Intake, troubleshoot, and respond to questions, issues, or escalations for stakeholder
  • Deliver trainings and documentation that support stakeholders on key new initiatives

Program Manager Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience leading operational initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment

Program Manager Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 4 years of professional experience
  • Experience with Sales Operations
    Understanding of how to identify key business drivers, trends and operating metrics
  • Track record of execution, multi-tasking and leading complex & ambiguous operational initiatives.
  • Excellent executive level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional groups
  • Excitement for strategic process improvement, and patience to take the time to understand core issues and help solve them
  • Deep understanding, curiosity and passion for the small and medium business landscape
