Title: Project Coordinator

This is an amazing opportunity to join our client’s B2B Institute, a new think tank run by a small, fun, interdisciplinary team with a global remit. The Institute works with some of the leading thinkers in the world to research the future of B2B marketing. In this newly created role, you will support partnership offerings for the B2B Institute. These offerings come to life as “added value” programs that help clients adopt and implement our innovative research ideas in exchange for media commitments. Our pilot partnership program, B2B Edge, already has significant traction, and now we are looking for someone who can help turn this initial success into an industry-defining growth accelerator.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and streamline vendor and partner relationships.
  • Integrate cross-functional partners from marketing, product, and sales into our monetization programs.
  • Make our team “easy to work with” internally and externally.
  • Design simple operational systems that will help the team develop new programs, iterate on the existing programs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client communications.
  • Fully embrace and foster a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Insights, Marketing, Product, etc. to iterate on the offering and ensure successful execution of the programs.
  • Conceive and pitch creative project management solutions to improve client experience.
  • Manage PowerPoint presentation creation.

Project Coordinator Required Experience and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business development, and/or customer service.
  • Bias for action –you are someone who sees and acts upon opportunities for development.

Project Coordinator Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: You are comfortable with ambiguity, open to experimenting with solutions, and move quickly.
  • Relationship builder: You have the ability to develop authentic relationships internally and externally
  • Attention to detail: You can manage multiple priorities with flawless execution.
  • Incredible communicator: Your writing is crisp.
  • Ability to achieve results by understanding the needs of the customer and connecting a customer’s pressures with business and product solution
