Title: Sales Leadership Coordinator

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Location: Remote


Sales Leadership Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • 4:1 support ratio
  • Coordinating all aspects of their leaders calendar
  • Execute scheduling requests accurately within deadlines
  • Work through any calendar conflicts in a timely manner
  • Multitask, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Coordinate travel with our travel team, mapped properly to your leaders scheduling needs


Sales Leadership Coordinator Required Experience:

  • 1+ years of coordinator experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook


Sales Leadership Coordinator Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience managing domestic and international travel
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with/ability to schedule across multiple time zones (including international)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, and ability to adapt to their leaders working styles/preferences
  • Ability to stay calm in high pressure situations and fast-paced environments
