Title: Strategy and Operations Manager
Anticipated Duration: 9 Month Contract
Location: New York, NY

Position Overview:
As the Lead for Strategy and Operations, you’ll work closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations, the Vice President of Workspace Marketing and the broader Marketing Team to accelerate growth among our 3 billion user base that spans consumer, education, and businesses to become the leader across all segments in the $115B productivity market.

Strategy and Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve team operating rhythms and communications and work with senior leaders to improve interlock with cross-functional teams, through improved communication, collaboration, alignment, and reporting across various leadership business reviews .
  • Work with the Cloud Marketing S&O Team, Finance and other partner teams in product, sales etc to align on goals, deliverables and overall operations
  • Own the Marketing team budget and headcount, determining resource allocation for the highest priority initiatives and providing ongoing management, reconciliation, and support
  • Advance the team through initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), culture and well-being, and work with senior leadership to nurture management talent through training, best-practice sharing, and other development initiatives.
  • This role will be a senior individual contributor reporting directly to the VP of Workspace Marketing.

Strategy and Operations Manager Top 3 Responsibilities:

Strategy and Operations Manager Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Consulting, Strategy and Operations, Project Management, and/or related role.
  • Team management experience.
  • Effective stakeholder management and proven ability to lead, operate and influence across boundaries.
  • Experience with business planning.

Strategy and Operations Manager Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work effectively at all organizational levels and collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Product teams
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a well-organized, structured approach to work
  • Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured challenges into insights, plans, and recommendations in a constantly evolving environment
