UX Accessibility Lead
Anticipated Duration: 6 months with potential for FTE W2, full medical/dental/vision benefits
Work Location: Hybrid-Remote in Atlanta, GA
Seeking world-class talent to join the world’s leading distributor of automotive and industrial
replacement parts and value-added services operating 5,500+ locations and servicing more than
20,000 locations in the U.S and Canada. Specifically, this role will function as a Sr. UX Designer
leading design efforts for one more eCommerce or mobile products. Working with a highly
talented team, you'll play a key role to design and build products for the customer of the world’s
largest automotive and industrial replacement parts distribution companies.
We are seeking an experienced Accessibility UX Lead to provide central oversight, design
guidance, technical leadership, coordination, and support for web and application accessibility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and auditing web, desktop
and mobile applications for accessibility. The successful candidate should be passionate about
creating an inclusive user experience and ensuring that our digital products are accessible to all
users.
Responsibilities:
• Provide central oversight, design guidance, technical leadership, coordination, and
support for web and application accessibility.
• Develop and implement standards, guidelines, and best practices for web and mobile
accessibility.
• Ensure accessibility and compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that accessibility
considerations are incorporated into the design and development process.
• Conduct accessibility assessments and audits on web, desktop and mobile applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams working on accessibility-related
issues.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand the needs and experiences of
users with disabilities.
• Develop and deliver training and support to teams to ensure accessibility is integrated
into the development process.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in accessibility guidelines, standards, and
technology.
• Other duties as assigned.
Location:
• Two work locations to choose from, Duluth or Atlanta office.

Desired Qualifications & Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accessibility design and development.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and standards.
• Experience in designing and implementing accessible web, desktop and mobile
applications.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools.
• Experience in conducting accessibility assessments and audits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about creating an inclusive user experience.
• Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to teams.
The hourly pay range for this position is $70 to $75/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
