About the Job

Synergis is hiring a Vice President of Field Sales. Reporting to the President, the Vice President of Field Sales serves as a key member of the Synergis executive leadership team and is responsible for leading the field sales team to meet and exceed their goals.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Develops and drives strategies to achieve financial targets and grow the business

·        Manages a team of field sales resources to identify new business opportunities

·        Drives hands-on execution of field sales strategies by working directly in the field with team members and clients

·        Develops and maintains strong relationships with key clients and industry contacts

·        Provides thought leadership to the field sales team and the executive leadership team

·        Motivates team members at varying stages of development to achieve goals and increase skills

·        Employs a variety of tools to set goals and align territories, including CRM and key data points

·        Creates effective proposals that win the business

·        Leads pipeline meetings and oversees report production for effective decision making

·        Approves incentive compensation payments within program parameters

 

About Your Qualifications

·        10+ years of Staffing Industry Field Sales experience

·        5+ years of Field Sales Leadership experience

·        Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
