Responsibilities:
- Own designated areas of the program and set priorities for projects.
- Generate ideas to solve problems, including ambiguous ones, and take full ownership of solutions.
- Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule to meet goals.
- Drive and review program goals and prioritization; translate stakeholder needs into program objectives.
- Define program roadmaps and work streams; facilitate decision-making on goals and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain relationships to build rapport and credibility.
- Plan, create, deliver content, and provide input to support stakeholder project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish and track processes; ensure compliance with policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation.
- Develop and communicate project/program roadmaps and manage resources accordingly.
- Deliver strategic communications tailored to various stakeholder groups.
- Foster cross-functional strategic partnerships and manage risk assessment activities.
- Develop documentation defining scope, design, deliverables, milestones, and management processes.
- Refine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across multiple programs and own progress with leadership.
- Analyze data to generate insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Facilitate decision-making to address vague or complex problems and advance program excellence.
- Establish program metrics, track impact, and use metrics to drive results.
- Build relationships with product and service experts for ongoing improvement efforts.
- Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Support post-program activities, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on defining program vision, objectives, and securing stakeholder buy-in.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $128.62 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
