TITLE: Executive Assistant V

LOCATION: Culver City, CA (hybrid)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/26/2026 to 01/26/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Senior Director.
  • Manage complex, multi-time zone calendar schedules, resolving conflicts and prioritizing meetings.
  • Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare for meetings by gathering materials, conducting research, and synthesizing information into concise overviews.
  • Maintain relationships with peer executive assistants and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate design reviews and team meetings by coordinating schedules and preparing agendas and notes.
  • Identify and implement administrative process efficiencies.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support general administrative needs, such as ordering supplies and managing office logistics.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years executive support experience.
  • 5+ years supporting Director-level or higher executives.
  • Expertise in calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with Apple Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Quip, Slack.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments.

Preferred Experience:

  • Understanding of design processes and creative environments.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in global organizations.
  • Excellent decision facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Availability for occasional after-hours support.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
