 Marketing Manager

3 days onsite in Minneapolis MN

W2 1-year contract, potential to extend or convert FTE

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate audits, risk, and compliance requests, including managing intake, tracking, and responses.
  • Manage invoice intake, tracking, reconciliation, and maintain financial documentation.
  • Track budgets versus actuals at the initiative and program level, preparing financial summaries.
  • Maintain a consolidated marketing calendar and coordinate campaign activities.
  • Support quarterly planning, collect inputs, and ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Manage meeting preparations, artifact collection, action items, and documentation organization.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with timely completion.
  • Proficient in computer navigation and software packages.

Preferred Experience:

  • Thorough knowledge of geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and services.
  • Strong organizational and team-building skills.
  • Effective presentation and decision-making abilities.
  • MBA or equivalent high achievement markers are a plus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.00 to $38.07 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
