Responsibilities:
- Drive mid-size or large-scale projects from start to finish as a key individual contributor.
- Ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs through the full campaign lifecycle.
- Develop strategic project plans or marketing strategies for larger products.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns and sponsorships.
- Build client brand recognition by creating comprehensive internal and external promotion plans.
- Use digital tools to maximize awareness and drive generation before, during, and after campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost awareness and engagement.
- Work with senior marketing leadership to develop project objectives and strategies.
- Identify sponsored project opportunities and collaborate on virtual and physical brand experiences.
- Coordinate with media agencies to optimize their work and media workflows.
- Ensure content and campaigns reflect brand voice and quality standards.
- Develop points of view and standards for advertising, aligning strategic efforts across marketing teams.
- Track and report campaign ROI using CRM or other project management tools.
- Work with sales teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Manage large-scale media planning and coordinate with global media teams.
- Develop, implement, and analyze creative social media content and programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with venues, agencies, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate activations, AV planning, and virtual events.
- Drive marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public outreach.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.35 to $87.34 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
