QA Analyst
TITLE: QA Analyst
LOCATION: Atlanta or Birmingham
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 08/12/2025 to 06/30/2026
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for the Customer Care Support Tool.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple applications.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira.
- Validate data integrity and system performance under various scenarios.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategies.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $53.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
