Senior UX Designer
Senior UX Designer
Team: Enterprise Platform – Fixed Operations
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Type: W2 Contract through June 2026
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to support a large, enterprise platform focused on fixed operations workflows. This role centers on designing complex, transactional experiences within a mature system that supports high-volume, business-critical work.
You’ll own end-to-end UX for core workflows such as purchasing, order management, and status tracking—balancing user needs, technical constraints, and aggressive delivery timelines. The environment is fast-moving and occasionally ambiguous, so success here requires comfort bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex problem spaces.
This is a great fit for a designer who thrives in enterprise environments, enjoys tackling legacy systems, and can confidently partner with product and engineering to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Do
-
Design and evolve complex, transactional workflows end to end
-
Navigate platform and ERP constraints while advocating for usable solutions
-
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
-
Translate technical limitations into clear, user-centered design decisions
-
Maintain UX quality and consistency, even when timelines tighten
-
Bring clarity to loosely defined requirements and help drive alignment
What We’re Looking For
-
Strong enterprise B2B UX experience with complex workflows and multiple user types
-
Proven strength in data-dense interfaces (tables, grids, bulk actions, status states, error handling)
-
Comfortable influencing cross-functional partners and constructively pushing back when needed
-
Resilient and pragmatic — adaptable to scope changes without losing sight of user needs
-
Experience modernizing or improving legacy systems is a strong plus
