Design Producer 
W2 long term contract – potential to extend 
Hybrid in Cupertino CA 


As a UX Design Producer, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of complex design projects—from initial concepting to seamless delivery. Your strategic insight and meticulous organization will ensure that internal-facing products meet the same high standards as Apple’s world-renowned customer experiences. You will serve as the linchpin in project management, facilitating communication across cross-functional teams, proactively managing risks, and driving project milestones forward with clarity and precision. Your leadership will enable the design team to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects within fast-paced environments
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and create clear, actionable plans from high-level ideas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design rationale and project updates to all levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, handling multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Track record of successfully delivering high-quality digital products

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in retail or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with design tools and project management software
  • Knowledge of human-centered design principles
  • Prior experience in engineering handoffs and technical documentation

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Project Management, or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX or project management roles involving digital product delivery

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100 to $107 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
