TITLE: UX Operations Specialist
LOCATION: Boulder, CO
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 8 months
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow scaled Trusted Tester programs within the UX Research Team.
- Work with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to support research operations.
- Oversee research operational infrastructure, including vendor management, project tracking, documentation, and capacity management.
- Identify growth opportunities and evolve the research program to meet stakeholder needs.
- Support end-to-end research execution and delivery with operational and strategic responsibilities.
- Build trust with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide operations and strategy support for Trusted Tester programs, including direct execution and leadership collaboration.
- Manage research vendor operations, including vendor selection, scope definition, and quality assurance.
- Report on budgets and operational expenses.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing large, complex research programs.
- 5+ years of experience with design, user research, and UX methodologies.
- Experience managing research vendors.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 to $122.58 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
