Business Process Analyst – Customer Experience (CX)

W2 Contract | Through January 2026 | Hybrid Onsite in Atlanta, GA (Preferred) or Remote (EST Hours)

Overview

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a large-scale Customer Experience (CX) product elevation initiative. This role will focus on evaluating enterprise-wide products and helping shift them toward a customer-first lens. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to define customer-focused OKRs, communicate strategy effectively, and provide tools that enable rapid adoption of new goals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business analysis skills, a passion for customer-centric design, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to evaluate enterprise products and identify opportunities to realign them with customer-focused goals and OKRs.

  • Partner with product and business teams to bring a customer-first strategy into enterprise product planning.

  • Build and deliver clear communication tools (PowerPoint presentations, Miro boards, templates, frameworks) to help teams adopt new goals quickly.

  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and documentation sessions to ensure customer experience priorities are integrated across the portfolio.

  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations that can influence product strategy and business outcomes.

  • Support leadership in tracking progress against customer-focused OKRs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, product strategy, or customer experience-focused roles.

  • Proven ability to develop, define, and communicate OKRs or strategic business goals.

  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Miro, and other collaboration tools.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and product teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify gaps and propose strategic improvements.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

    The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $70.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
