Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
Contract Length: 6+ months with possible extension

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a large-scale marketplace initiative that integrates complex partner systems and drives end-to-end ecommerce experiences. This role focuses on designing a new storefront and contractor experience, with an emphasis on checkout, payments, fulfillment, and post-purchase workflows.
The ideal candidate is a senior IC who thrives in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments and brings service design leadership, design system contributions, and full end-to-end product ownership to the table.
What You’ll Do
-
Own the UX process from discovery → service blueprinting → IA/flows → prototyping → delivery.
-
Design bottom-of-funnel experiences including checkout, payment, fulfillment, order management, and post-purchase flows.
-
Facilitate service blueprint workshops with product, engineering, and operations teams.
-
Contribute to and challenge the design system, adding horizontal patterns and components where needed.
-
Lead requirements gathering and build alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
-
Deliver high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to validate concepts and accelerate decision-making.
-
Define and measure success metrics, iterating designs based on user research and data insights.
What “Great” Looks Like
-
Portfolio showcasing service blueprints and end-to-end ecommerce or procurement flows.
-
Strong critical thinking skills and comfort working across complex partner ecosystems.
-
Experience driving discovery, research synthesis, and hypothesis testing that shaped product direction.
-
Proven record of design system contributions (not just usage).
-
Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments while influencing stakeholders and product direction.
Must-Have Skills
-
7+ years of UX/Product Design experience with a focus on ecommerce or enterprise platforms.
-
Expertise in service design, journey orchestration, and blueprinting.
-
Proficiency with prototyping and design tools (Figma, InVision, etc.) and strong visual design craft.
-
Experience working in balanced product teams (PM + Eng + Design) and influencing stakeholders.
-
Deep knowledge of checkout, stored-value, or fulfillment workflows.
Nice-to-Haves
-
Background in e-procurement or B2B marketplaces.
-
Familiarity with Pro/Trade user journeys (pricing, tax rules, exemptions, approvals).
-
Experience with compliance, SSO/identity, entitlements, and tax-exempt workflows.
Why Join
-
Be part of a high-impact initiative shaping a complex digital commerce experience.
-
Collaborate within a balanced-team model where UX plays a central role.
-
Help elevate craft, systems, and outcomes across the design organization.
