Insights Associate Project/Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an Insights Associate Project/Program Manager to join our team and help scale data-driven insights that unlock customer value. In this role, you will build and maintain scalable insights solutions, enhance internal tools, and drive operational improvements. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful analytics that inform strategy and empower decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Leverage Proprietary Data: Utilize large, complex datasets to address key business challenges and uncover insights.

  • Data Querying & Visualization: Write SQL/Presto/Trino/Spark queries and build Tableau dashboards to communicate findings effectively.

  • Optimize & Automate: Improve existing dashboards and queries for efficiency, consistency, and accuracy by building automated checks and controls.

  • Support & Troubleshoot: Resolve incoming end-user support requests, ensuring internal tools run smoothly and reliably.

  • Enhance Tools: Experiment with and implement improvements to internal data platforms to increase functionality and value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build momentum for operational improvements, partnering with stakeholders across teams.

  • Data Advocacy: Champion the use of data-driven insights to inform business decisions and represent the voice of the customer.


Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, storytelling, and presenting insights to stakeholders.

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Presto/Trino, Spark SQL, Tableau).


Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree.

  • Experience with AI models and strong interest in learning.

  • Background in product, data engineering, sales analytics, and/or data science.

  • Familiarity with JIRA or other issue-management platforms.

  • Strong ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Hands-on experience with project management.

  • Business acumen combined with creative problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for learning.

  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience tuning queries across very large datasets.

  • Knowledge of Hadoop (Presto/Spark), Git, and Tableau.

  • Ability to translate user feedback into technical requirements and tool enhancements.

    The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $43.00 to $50.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
