TITLE: Subscription Insights Manager

ANTICIPATION DURATON: 6+ months

LOCATION: New York, NY

Job Description:

As a Subscriptions Insights Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role shaping the future of paid product and services. In this role, you’ll help the business uncover the motivations, behaviors, and unmet needs of both our members and prospects across the range of our subscriptions products. Your insights will directly influence how we acquire, engage, and retain subscribers across our portfolio. Come help us unlock the future of premium entertainment for millions of people.

  • Proactive (coming to the table with ideas, reporting/analysis)
  • Strategic problem solver (combining Art and Science)
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Ability to process complex quantitative data, track record of meeting short-term deadlines (keeping research vendors accountable)
  • Strong Quantitative skills in pricing research (Conjoint/Gabor Granger Methodology)
  • TAM sizing, calibrating conjoint data
  • Ability to also handle qualitative / focus group research, digging deep into consumer motivations
  • Familiar with writing surveys (Value Prop, Pricing, Messaging, MaxDiff, etc.)

Preferred Experience:

  • 8+ years research experience, preferably in Sports / Media Marketing /Market Research
  • Education: Economics, Math, Sociology, Political Science.
  • Working at a boutique market research firm where this person is responsible for multiple phases of the research cycle.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $56.46 to $72.24 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
