This engagement focused on modernizing fragmented legacy tools used by agents across multiple states and product lines. The goal was to streamline workflows, improve usability, and align with enterprise design standards while ensuring compliance in a highly regulated industry

The enterprise’s internal quoting platforms had grown fragmented over time. Legacy tools varied across states, product lines, and user groups.

The main challenges were:

Working closely with product, business, and compliance teams, our designer transitioned from a UX generalist to a Lead Product Designer role to tackle modernization at scale.
