Facilitator
Facilitator – Delivery Training
Location: Remote
W2 Contract
Duration: 120-160 Hours, training to be completed before Thanksgiving
We are seeking an experienced Facilitator to deliver a high-impact, interactive training experience to senior leaders across Product, UX, and Engineering disciplines within a Fortune 500 enterprise in a virtual setting
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate virtual sessions of a pre-developed product delivery training program

Lead engaging sessions that include presentations and break-out activities

Tailor the experience for virtual delivery to maintain engagement and interactivity

Conduct multiple sessions over a two-week period, flexibly scheduled to accommodate attendee availability (morning, lunch, afternoon options; 15–20 participants per session).

Participate in a kickoff meeting, a train-the-trainer session, and a retrospective at the end of the engagement.

Serve as an empathetic and insightful facilitator, capable of guiding conversations with balanced teams (Product, UX, Engineering)
Demonstrate knowledge of product development processes and dynamics in large organizations
Ideal Candidate Profile: -
5+ years of experience facilitating professional development or training workshops for corporate audiences.

Strong understanding of Product Management, UX Design, and Software Engineering.

Prior experience facilitating discussions with cross-functional product teams is highly preferred.

Comfortable presenting virtually and managing interactive elements in digital formats (e.g., breakout rooms, virtual whiteboards).

Able to quickly understand and deliver content created by others with minimal ramp-up time.

Approachable, confident, and empathetic facilitation style that resonates with senior leadership.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35 to $45/hour (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
