Senior UX Researcher

W2 Contract | Through January 2026 (Potential Extension)
Hybrid Onsite – 4 Days/Week (Mon–Thu) | Atlanta, GA Preferred

Overview

We are seeking two Senior UX Researchers to join a leading enterprise eCommerce team. These roles will focus on driving customer-centric insights that directly inform strategy, design, and product development for critical areas of the .com experience:

  • Role 1: Product Information Pages (PDP) – ensuring accurate, relevant, and user-friendly product detail experiences.

  • Role 2: Site Search – optimizing the customer journey by improving findability, relevance, and usability across search experiences.

Both positions are W2 contract roles through January 2026 with the possibility of extension. Future conversion to full-time employment may be considered if openings arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX research efforts using mixed methodologies (generative and evaluative, qualitative and quantitative).

  • Plan, conduct, and analyze research studies including usability testing, surveys, field studies, diary studies, card sorting, and other methods as appropriate.

  • Synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps and design decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to advocate for the customer voice.

  • Deliver impactful storytelling through presentations, reports, and workshops to drive alignment and adoption of findings.

  • Mentor and guide junior researchers or cross-functional partners in best practices for UX research.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional UX research experience, with senior-level expertise in eCommerce environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

  • Strong skills in research design, data analysis, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple research projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience working on product detail pages or site search functionality.

  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale eCommerce and omnichannel customer experiences.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite model and collaborating with large cross-functional teams.

 

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $55.00 to $70.00/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
