12+month W2 contract to hire
Candidates can be remote but MUST BE LOCAL to Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL to be considered
Our client is seeking an Experience Design Lead with strong design skills to work across several areas within their customer experience design org. Experience in corporate UX design work is needed. In this role, the Experience Design Lead will be responsible for understanding multiple product flows, design standards, possess strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams and product partners through collaborative work.
Business knowledge needed:
- Strong UX design experience in a corporate setting will allow an associate to be successful.
- Also, strong communication skills with practitioners and product partners, as well as the ability to communicate, as necessary with leadership.
Skills needed:
- UX research & analysis
- Service Design
- Design Thinking
- Visual Design
- Front-end Development knowledge or experience is very helpful.
- Proficient in the following tools: Figma, preferred experience with Adobe Suite
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $70.00 to $75.00/hr.
