Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Pendo implementation, configuration, and administration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Expertise in leveraging Pendo for segmentation, creating templates, and orchestrating user journeys
- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to investigate and identify best practices and perspectives
- Collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments
- Problem-solving mindset with a knack for troubleshooting and innovative solutions
- Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards
- Solid understanding of product analytics and user behavior metrics
- Familiarity with SQL and data query languages is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Experience with apollo.io or similar prospecting tools
- Understanding of marketing tech stacks and integrations
- Programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics or a similar role
- Prior experience working in SaaS or technology industries
Other Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to research, experiment, and continually improve processes
- Certifications in analytics or product management are a plus

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40 – 60/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
