As a Research Ops Specialist, you'll be a key player in streamlining workflows, managing scheduling, and supporting usability testing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of research coordination and hands-on facilitation, empowering teams to deliver impactful insights that shape user experiences. Required Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Excellent facilitation and coordination skills, with experience in scheduling research activities
- Background as a research coordinator or hybrid researcher, familiar with usability testing labs
- Proficiency with research tools and data management platforms
- Ability to analyze and interpret research data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting enterprise UX research initiatives
- Experience facilitating research sessions or usability testing yourself
- Familiarity with Field Day programs or efforts to embed researchers in store environments
- Knowledge of research privacy standards and compliance regulations
- Technical proficiency with data visualization or analytics software
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Research, Social Sciences, or related field
- At least 3 years supporting research operations, project coordination, or usability testing logistics
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45 – 55/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
