Senior UX Researcher
W2 6-month contract, potential to extend or convert FTE 
Hybrid in Atlanta GA

In this pivotal role, you will lead discovery initiatives, craft insightful research strategies, and translate user insights into impactful design directions. Your expertise will help shape holistic user journeys and ensure our solutions meet real-world needs, all while collaborating in a fast-paced environment that values agility and creativity. Required Skills:

  • Proven experience conducting qualitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of insights
  • Ability to operationalize quick research cycles and adapt methods for rapid turnarounds
  • Strong collaboration skills with design teams to close the loop from insight to iteration
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of preparing clear, concise insights and presenting to stakeholders
  • Comfort with AI tools in research workflows, such as Claude, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, and Figma Make
  • Experience framing problems, identifying opportunity areas, and translating findings into actionable design recommendations

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Quantitative research experience, including surveys and basic benchmarking
  • Ability to facilitate lightweight workshops (e.g., prioritization sessions, as-is/to-be mapping)
  • Experience working with external partners and mirroring best practices
  • Familiarity with AI-augmented design and research workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of UX research experience, preferably in fast-paced, collaborative environments involving cross-functional teams and external consultants


The hourly pay rate for this position is $70-85/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
