Sr. Project Manager – M&A

TITLE: Sr. Project Manager – M&A
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (30339) – 3 days onsite/hybrid
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6-12 months

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement structured integration plans for acquisitions
• Collaborate with leaders from acquired companies to gather operational details and ensure seamless communication
• Lead efforts to transition employees, data, and workflows to enterprise systems
• Create a reusable integration playbook with best practices and lessons learned
• Coordinate with internal teams to align varying technology stacks across acquired companies

• Proven experience managing M&A integration projects
• Ability to navigate diverse tech stacks and translate technical transitions into operational outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in change management, process documentation, and system adoption strategies
• Comfort working in hybrid environments with executive visibility and accountability

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
