About the Role
We’re looking for an Internal Data Collector to help us complete a critical project: filling out our internal database with accurate, up-to-date information on over 200 enterprise software products.
You’ll be the detective of our data—finding the right people inside the organization, conducting quick, focused 1-on-1 interviews, and extracting the details we need. Your mission is simple but vital: help us reach 100% data completeness—no blank cells left behind.
- Conduct 1-on-1 interviews with internal stakeholders to gather specific product information.
- Identify and reach out to the right subject matter experts across teams.
- Enter collected data accurately and consistently into our product database.
- Track progress toward full data completion and flag any missing or unclear information.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills—you know how to ask the right questions and get to the point quickly.
- Persistence and initiative—you’re comfortable following up with busy people (nicely but firmly) until you get what you need.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to organize information logically and work efficiently in spreadsheets or databases.
- Curiosity about software products and how they work (no technical expertise required, just interest).
The hourly pay rate for this position is $30.00-40.00/hour. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
