TITLE: Producer
LOCATION: Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 Months

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the creative development and delivery of on and off
platform campaign assets for multiple Services Marketing lines of business
• Oversee design projects and campaign work streams, implementing project
management best practices, building collaborative cross-functional team
relationships, and facilitate leadership consensus and approval
• Find solutions to escalations and partner with team leadership on determining
resolutions
 
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience managing complex integrated projects or marketing
campaigns; digital marketing campaigns preferred
• Expertise in content creation, digital asset production, and production efficiency
process management; ideally in entertainment, subscription services, or similar
marketing environment
• Extraordinary attention to detail, while working under tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task several concurrent collaborative high impact projects and/or
campaigns at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to external partners and internal
stakeholders and the ability to distill communication into practical plans
• Experience working in Marketing or Growth Marketing environments, and have a
familiarity with KPIs, acquisition and retention methods
• Expertise in collaborating in a creative environment with in-house design partners
• Experience articulating creative intent to others and proactively organizing partners
to put ideas into action.
• Comfortable and confident working in a dynamic environment, partnering with teams
to move through the unknown.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $82.00 to $91.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
