TITLE: Program Manager

LOCATION: Mountain View, CA (on-site Tuesday – Thursday)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with vendor suppliers to drive strategic initiatives that shape the program's future.
  • Unify key operational areas to drive consistency and standardization.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality framework across operations.
  • Lead pilots for emerging technologies, such as LLM-raters for P2 feedback, to automate manual tasks.
  • Implement agent-assisted workflows to increase operational throughput and efficiency.
  • Champion the deployment of “Operator-First” AI tools for AI-assisted labeling, root cause analysis, and insight generation.
  • Drive standardization of tooling and processes across all vendor partners.
  • Revamp guidelines processes to ensure clarity, relevance, and effectiveness, supporting auditing functions.
  • Implement a formal framework for managing operational risks, including Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
  • Conduct quality and security audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience implementing or managing AI/ML-assisted tools or workflows (e.g., LLM-based applications, automated labeling).
  • Familiarity with “Human-in-the-Loop” operational models.
  • Experience with content strategy or documentation management.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Experience working with vendor suppliers or in an outsourced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing quality frameworks and process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $111 to $130.51 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
