Marketing Producer

We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across design, engineering, and operations to deliver exceptional content and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production workflows for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with design, copy, marketing, and engineering teams to define requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate creative reviews, collect feedback, and maintain alignment across teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability across production operations.
- Ensure all assets meet technical and creative specifications prior to final delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in production, program management, or operations within a creative, marketing, or digital environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital asset management systems and production tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $67.56/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
