TITLE: Account Upgrade Specialist

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA 

DURATION:10/17/2025 to 09/01/2026

We are seeking contractors to join or outbound account management team, focusing on upgrading customers with legacy credit cards processing devices that will soon become obsolete. In this role, you will proactively engage with existing customers in a centralized call center environment, identifying their financial needs and recommending the correct point of sale solution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers, educating them on the need to replace their point-of-sale devices.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend products and services that align with their business requirements.
  • Offer a range of financial products, including payment processing solutions and value-added services
  • Collaborate with internal sales, account managers and bank partners.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist the customer service team during peak periods to ensure high -quality service and support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong sales and customer service skill, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex product offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or financial services preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient keyboard, 10-key, and computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $39.50 to $39.82 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
